Join us for FREE Tai Chi classes led by a certified instructor! This program is a partnership between the Boston Parks and Recreation Department and the Boston Public Health Commission, and is proudly sponsored by Blue Cross Blue Shield of Massachusetts.
Tai Chi is an ancient Chinese martial art practiced as a slow, flowing exercise that promotes relaxation, stress reduction, balance, and overall wellness—benefiting the body, mind, and spirit.
