Big news from The Speedway!
We’re excited to welcome Dos Manos Kitchen, which has officially opened its very first brick-and-mortar location at The Speedway!
Known for its handmade pupusas, masa-forward dishes, and flavors deeply rooted in Salvadoran tradition, Dos Manos has built a devoted following through pop-ups across Boston. Now, that same passion, craftsmanship, and sense of community have found a permanent home.
Chef Edwin Orellana, originally from El Salvador, grew up learning the art of cooking with maíz—from roasted elote to handmade pupusas—carrying generations of family tradition into every dish he creates. His menu celebrates the rich heritage, versatility, and cultural importance of masa in Salvadoran cuisine.
Expect fresh-off-the-griddle pupusas, authentic flavors, and a dining experience that honors tradition while bringing people together around great food.
We’re thrilled to welcome Dos Manos Kitchen to The Speedway family and can’t wait for the community to experience everything they have to offer.
