According to Boston City Councilor Liz Breadon, exciting improvements are on the way for Rogers Park! This spring, the Parks Department has begun renovations on the park’s sports courts, including both the basketball and tennis courts, bringing much-needed upgrades to this well-used community space in Brighton.
Construction is now underway and is expected to continue through early July. During this time, both courts will be closed, but the rest of Rogers Park will remain open for public use.
A big thank you to the Parks Department for investing in these improvements—this is a welcome upgrade that will benefit the community for years to come!
