District D-14 Community COMPSTAT

The Boston Police Department CompStat process, traditionally an internal meeting focused on reviewing crime trends and coordinating strategies across the city’s districts, expanded in 2023 to include community members as key partners. This collaborative approach helps ensure the department can better respond to the evolving needs of the communities it serves by sharing important information, explaining policing strategies, and creating opportunities for residents to voice concerns, identify priorities, and strengthen partnerships with law enforcement.
