Kelly McGrath, Executive Director of Brighton Main Streets, would like to extend her heartfelt congratulations to Aliesha Porcena on being recognized by the Boston Business Journal as one of Boston’s 40 Under 40 leaders.

This honor is incredibly well deserved. The Boston Business Journal’s annual 40 Under 40 program recognizes emerging leaders who are making a meaningful impact across Greater Boston through professional achievement, community leadership, innovation, and a strong commitment to equity. Being selected from among hundreds of nominations is truly an outstanding accomplishment and a reflection of the positive difference Aliesha continues to make throughout our city.

Aliesha’s leadership and dedication to Boston’s small business community have had a tremendous impact on neighborhood organizations and entrepreneurs across Boston. Through her work with the City of Boston and the Mayor’s Office of Economic Opportunity and Inclusion, she has been a strong advocate for equitable access, local business support, and strengthening commercial districts in every neighborhood.

At Brighton Main Streets, we are deeply grateful for her partnership, support, and unwavering commitment to our mission. Her work continues to create opportunities for small businesses to thrive, supports the economic vitality of our district, and helps ensure our neighborhood business communities grow stronger, more connected, and more inclusive.

Congratulations again, Aliesha, on this incredible and well-earned recognition. Thank you for everything you do for Brighton and for the entire Boston small business community.
