Love Your Block – Brighton Center Neighborhood Clean-Up

In 2015, the City of Boston launched Love Your Block with the goal of to uniting neighbors and communities through physical service, engagement, and youth development. This year Brighton Main Streets is leading a 2021 project in Brighton Center on May 15th, we have the day planned as follows:
9:00AM Coffee and Donuts at Brighton Main Streets Office (358 Washington St.)
Donuts are donated by Cafe Mirror
10:00AM(ish) Volunteers will be sent to one of three projects
Brighton Center: pick-up trash, planting flowers, pulling weeds, spread mulch
Washington Street: pick-up trash, pulling weeds/overgrown grass, spread mulch to traffic islands
Brighton Common: pick-up trash, planting flowers, pulling weeds, spread mulch
