Need Help Navigating Zoning and Permitting?
The City of Boston’s Inspectional Services Department (ISD) will host weekly Zoning Clinics throughout the summer on Tuesdays from 4:00–6:00 PM.
These virtual clinics are designed to help small business owners understand basic zoning requirements and the permitting process. Limited in-person appointments may also be available.
Business owners can reserve a spot by completing the registration form. After submitting the form, participants will be assigned one of their preferred time slots, or their questions may be addressed directly through a follow-up email.
Please note that these clinics are intended as an informational resource only. Participation does not constitute a formal zoning determination, permit review, or approval.
