Guitar 2: Continuing Acoustic Guitar Class

Ready to take the next step in your guitar journey? Guitar 2 is a continuation of the JMCC Beginner Acoustic Guitar Class and is open to anyone in the community with basic acoustic guitar experience.
Participants should be comfortable playing the open chords E, A, G, C, and D, and have some experience strumming or playing simple songs.
In this class, you’ll build on those fundamentals by learning:
- Bar chords and alternative chord positions
- More musical strumming patterns, rhythms, and picking techniques
- Popular songs using online resources such as Google, Ultimate Guitar, and YouTube
No music theory background is required, just bring your acoustic guitar and a willingness to learn in a fun, supportive environment!
