BC Race to Educate 5K & Kids’ Fun Run

Join the community for the BC Race to Educate 5K and Kids’ Fun Run, a fun and energetic spring event supporting Saint Columbkille Partnership School. Open to runners, walkers, families, and first-time participants, this exciting race takes place on the campus of Boston College, beginning and ending in Alumni Stadium.

Race Day is Saturday, April 25, with a full morning of activities for all ages. Day-of registration and bib/t-shirt pickup runs from 8:00–9:00 AM, followed by the Kids 50-Yard Run (ages 4 and under) at 8:45 AM, the Kids 1K (ages 5–7) at 8:50 AM, and the Kids 1K (ages 8–11) at 9:00 AM. The Opening Ceremony begins at 9:20 AM, and the 5K Run/Walk kicks off at 9:30 AM.

Enjoy a lively, family-friendly atmosphere featuring entertainment, food, and prizes for all age groups. Participants can look forward to appearances by BC athletes, the BC Pep Band, and Baldwin the Eagle, creating a high-energy morning for all. Whether you’re racing, walking, or cheering from the sidelines, the BC Race to Educate is a wonderful way to come together, stay active, and support a great cause.
