Brighton Branch Library April Schedule
April 8
An event every week that begins at 12:00 am on Wednesday, repeating until April 30, 2026

April showers bring May flowers… and a fresh lineup of exciting programs at the library! Join us for a month full of learning, creativity, and community right here at the branch.
Interested in getting your hands in the dirt this season? Join us on Thursday, April 9 from 6:30–7:30 PM to learn how you can get involved with our raised bed gardens. Individuals and families of all ages are welcome to help grow this year’s harvest!
Take a trip to Western Massachusetts without leaving your seat at our special documentary screening on the history of the Quabbin Reservoir and the communities that were displaced to create it. Stick around after the film for a Q&A session with the producer.
Looking to get creative? Join our staff-led writing session where we’ll explore declarative writing, read inspiring pieces, and craft our own “declaration of self.” No registration required—just bring your ideas and an open mind.
We look forward to seeing you at the library this April!
