Brighton’s Oak Square Tree Lighting

Join the community for the lighting of Brighton’s Oak Square Tree. For the 26th year, the Mayor’s Enchanted Trolley Tour will continue the festive tradition of lighting holiday trees while bringing holiday spirit to children across Boston. The outdoor event includes a visit with Santa, the tree lighting, and hot cocoa and holiday cookies for all.
Festivities start outdoors at 6:00, Mayor Wu and the Trolley arrive 6:45pm. Stay warm as you wait.
Join the family fun indoors from 4:45-6:15pm at the Oak Square YMCA gymnasium. Enjoy free activities and crafts for children and their families, courtesy from your friends of the Presentation School Foundation Community Center, the Allston-Brighton Family Nurturing Center, and the YMCA.
