Brighton Main Streets was excited to be part of the City of Boston’s Open Streets Boston on Sunday, October 4!
Residents and visitors enjoyed Brighton Avenue and Harvard Avenue without cars, experiencing the neighborhood in a whole new way.
Where: Brighton Avenue & Harvard Avenue, between Cambridge Street and Commonwealth Avenue
Time: 10:30 AM–3:00 PM
Street Closures: Streets closed at 9:00 AM
Brighton Main Streets had a table at the event, sharing information about our programs, upcoming events, local businesses, and ways to get involved in the community.
The day featured live music, local vendors, food, family activities, community organizations, and plenty to explore.
It was a great opportunity to shop local, eat local, meet your neighbors, and enjoy our neighborhood!
