Free Park Fitness: Kick It by Eliza with Olivia

Get moving this summer with Kick It by Eliza with Olivia, a free outdoor fitness class at Brighton Common!

Offered in partnership with the Boston Parks and Recreation Department and the Boston Public Health Commission, this music-driven, kickboxing-inspired workout combines high-intensity interval training with kickboxing, boxing, rhythmic movement, and a meditative cool-down. The class features 13 rounds of energetic exercise and is suitable for all fitness levels.

Program Details:

  • When: Tuesdays, May 5–August 25, 2026
  • Time: 6:00–7:00 PM
  • Where: Brighton Common, 30 Chestnut Hill Ave., Brighton

Please bring a yoga mat, sneakers, water, and a willingness to have fun!
